Built to turn visitors into clients.

Our first projects are concepts for fictional businesses, modelled on real ones. For each one we show which decision is meant to win which booking.

Beauty studio, Berlin2026

Velorie Skin Studio

Concept

Goal
More booked treatments, especially the high-value ones.
What changes
  • Treatments sorted by skin concern, not by technical terms
  • Price and downtime on every treatment
  • Book in two clicks, WhatsApp included
What research shows
People who know the price book more often: at an aesthetic practice, 62% of patients who knew the price booked, against 44% who didn’t.Source: Kaplan & Mills, Annals of Plastic Surgery, 2016

Pain treatment and massage practice, Berlin2026

Praxis Mây

Concept

Goal
People with back pain find the right treatment and book it straight away.
What changes
  • Interactive body map: where does it hurt? A click shows the right treatment
  • Price and length picked in one click, then straight to booking
  • A calm design with Vietnamese tiles instead of spa clichés
What research shows
Visitors decide in the first 10 seconds whether to stay. Pages that show straight away what they offer keep them much longer.Source: Nielsen Norman Group / Microsoft Research

First screen of the Velorie Skin Studio concept

Velorie Skin Studio: what we decided and why

A beauty studio in Berlin. The goal: more booked treatments, especially the premium ones.

  1. A question as the headline

Instead of “Welcome to Velorie”, the headline asks: “What would you like to improve about your skin?”

Why: Visitors think about their concern, not the studio’s name. The question meets them right there.

Goal: More visitors go straight to the treatments.

  2. Treatments sorted by skin concern

Seven buttons such as “Blemishes & acne” or “Wrinkles & firmness” instead of terms like microneedling.

Why: Hardly anyone knows which method they need. Everyone knows what bothers them.

Goal: The right treatment in one click.

  3. Price and downtime at a glance

Each concern shows a recommendation with duration, downtime and “from €120”.

Why: What does it cost, and how will I look afterwards? Those two questions come before every booking, and here they’re answered straight away.

Goal: Fewer questions, more direct requests.

  4. Book where the decision happens

The “Request appointment” button sits right inside the recommendation.

Why: Once someone is convinced, they shouldn’t have to look for the next step.

Goal: More booked treatments, especially the premium ones.

  5. A short navigation that stays

Only four menu items, with “Reviews” as its own item, and “Book now” stays visible at the top right while scrolling.

Why: Fewer choices mean faster decisions. And anyone convinced further down doesn’t have to scroll back up.

Goal: Trust and booking are always one click away.

First screen of the Praxis Mây concept

Praxis Mây: what we decided and why

A practice for pain treatment and massage in Berlin. The goal: people with back pain find the right treatment and book it directly.

  1. One clear main action

A filled “Book now” button, with “See prices” next to it as a plain text link.

Why: One action clearly comes first. The second is there but doesn’t compete.

Goal: More bookings straight from the first screen.

  2. The key facts under the name

Opening hours, reviews, phone number and languages in one line, with small icons.

Why: People in pain want to know fast: is it open, is it good, can I call?

Goal: Less hesitation before calling or booking.

  3. Say what it is

“Heilpraxis · Berlin” above the name, and below it in plain words: “Pain treatment & massage”.

Why: A name alone explains nothing. Within two seconds it’s clear whether you’re in the right place.

Goal: The right visitors stay, and everyone else knows right away.

  4. A calm image instead of spa clichés

A grey wall, a plant, lots of space. No candles, no stones, no smiling models.

Why: The practice treats pain. The image should feel calm and serious, not like a wellness holiday.

Goal: Trust from people looking for treatment, not a spa day.

  5. Booking is always one click away

“Book now” also sits at the top right of the navigation and stays visible while scrolling.

Why: Anyone who’s convinced further down doesn’t have to scroll back up.

Goal: Nobody loses the way to booking.

Ways we can work together

Start wherever you are right now. The further along you are, the fewer steps are left.

  1. 01Starting from zero

    Get a new website built

We work with you from the first call to launch. First we agree on what the website should bring in, more calls, enquiries or bookings, and which pages that takes. After 7 days you see the first draft, after 14 everything is live.

  2. 02You already have a design

    We build your design

Whether it comes from you, your team or an agency: we go through the details in a short call, animations, features and content, and then build it exactly that way. That usually takes two to three weeks, depending on what the site needs to do.

  3. 03Your website already exists

    Care and support

But nobody looks after it? We take over updates, backups and small changes, and make sure it keeps bringing in enquiries. You tell us what should change, and we do it. Cancel monthly.

Prices you know up front.

You pay for the website once. Then it is yours.

Maxim, web developer at Klaw, smiling in front of an old stone statue
Web developer at Klaw

About

Hi, I'm Maxim.

I'm a web developer and I build the websites at Klaw, from the first draft to the last line of code.

I like working best with businesses where you can feel the person behind the work. My goal is a website that brings you more enquiries: clients find you on Google, understand what you offer and book without detours.

There's no project manager in between. You message me, I answer, and you always know what we're working on.

We talk on video, wherever you are. If you're in Berlin, coffee works too. In German or English.

We are right for you if

  • you want a website that brings in clients, not one that just looks nice
  • you have two hours for feedback in week one
  • you would rather pay once than rent for years

We are not right for you if

  • you need a shop with hundreds of products
  • the site has to be ready tomorrow
  • you want the cheapest price, whatever it takes

Let’s talk.

30 minutes, free and with no obligation. You talk directly to Maxim.

First draft misses the brief? Then you get your deposit back.

What clients ask us first.

How much does it cost to have a website built?

From €1,290 for one page, from €2,900 for a site with several pages. You get the exact price in writing within 48 hours of the call, before we start.

What are the ongoing costs?

Just hosting and domain: €25 a month (Host). With small changes included: €49 a month (Care).

How long does it take?

First draft after 7 days, live after 14, as long as copy and images arrive on time. If something is missing, we tell you early.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do, once everything is paid. The domain is in your name, and you can have the files at any time.

Can I edit the site myself?

You don't have to: send a short message and we make the change. At launch you still get all logins and a short video guide.

What happens if I cancel the care plan?

The site stays yours. You get all files and logins, and if you like we move domain and hosting to a provider of your choice.

Can you take over my old domain and email?

Yes. We move your existing domain and set up your business email (€149 one-off, plus the email provider's fees).

Will a new website really bring me more clients?

A website alone guarantees no clients. We build it so visitors understand what you offer within seconds and can call, enquire or book in one click. Add local SEO, and clients find you on Google.

Will there be extra costs later?

No. You pay the price in the offer. If you want something extra later, you get a price first, and we only do it once you agree.
